全港搖搖公開大賽自由花式離繩組(4A)指定花式名單 |
所有花式都需要依照影片中的示範做出。任何搖搖有明顯的失控都不會被容許。在第一次機會完成將會得到五分，如有需要第二次機會完成將會得到三分。指定花式分數是十項花式所得的分數之總和。最高分的選手便能夠進入決賽。而進入決賽的人數是按參加人數的比例計算。
注意：任何收回搖搖的方法都會被接納。 |
