全港搖搖公開大賽自由花式雙手組(2A)指定花式名單 |

所有花式都需要依照影片中的示範做出。任何搖搖有明顯的失控都不會被容許。在第一次機會完成將會得到五分，如有需要第二次機會完成將會得到三分。指定花式分數是十項花式所得的分數之總和。最高分的十名選手能夠進入決賽。 注意：任何收回搖搖的方法都會被接納。 |
